European exhibition giant Vue International has postponed the slow reopening of its UK cinemas, which will now start on 7 August, a week after the announced date of 31 July.
Ten sites from Vue’s 97 U.K. cinemas — all of which shuttered in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic — will reopen on Aug. 7, with tickets going on sale July 30.
The announcement comes just days after the out-of-hours movie release program became another hit, in the Warner Bros. aspect. which reveals that his box office success Christopher Nolan Tenet would now be released in 70 countries, adding the UK on 26 August. to disclose Mulan’s deployment plan, which was to be postponed on July 2, four before being delayed indefinitely.
As a component of the reopening, Vue unveiled five key security spaces that it hopes will help regulars, adding focus on contactless online booking, advancing learning protocols and staff equipped with EPI, physical distance built into the reservation system and cutting touch things respectfully of each. set and staggered filming schedules to lessen clutter in houses and hallways.
“Behind the scenes, we have been given hard-to-extend security protocols that comply with government rules and have been modified through our newly opened cinemas across Europe,” said Tovia Bradon, Managing Director of the UK Territory at Vue Entertainment. “Defending those who paint and travel on our sites is paramount, so we spend time on protocols and staff education complied with lacheck rules before opening.”
The British channel Odeon has reopened a position on several of its British sites, while Cineglobal will open on 31 July.
