The 50/50 Edmonton Oilers’ 50/50 online draw had a small problem when it first appeared on Saturday, after large increases in price ticket sales led to problems with the server.
The team has made the move to sell 50/50 tickets online for during the rest of the 2020 season as games return to Rogers Place but fans will not.

Tim Shipton, senior vice president of Katz Group/Oilers Entertainment Group, said Saturday that there were delays in ticket processing due to the volume of orders.
Shipton stated that whoever has a debit on his credit card for an order that has not been processed is only a pre-authorized debit and will be removed within 48 hours.

The final jackpot estimated over $760,000.
The winner wins part of the total, while the rest goes to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation.
The team’s record-breaking jackpot in the team’s history won $336995 on April 12, 2017, in the team’s first tiebreaker at Rogers Place.
The average jackpot of 50/50 in The Oilers games in the 2019-2020 season was a profit of $87688.
