Trump improves voter registration in 3 key battlefield states

TRUMP’S CAMPAIGN RAIDS FIRE FIRE IN EARLY VOTING, WITH JUST WEEKS TO START

“Joe Biden and the Democratic Party have a real voter registration problem,” said Nick Trainer, Trump’s 2020 director of battlefield strategy. “Under President Trump’s leadership, more and more electorates are registered as Republicans across the country. The Trump team and the RNC [Republican National Committee] have been on the floor in the primary states on the battlefield since 2016, filling the gaps in the voter register.”

But Democrats say the numbers are still in their way in all three states on the battlefield and point to a fort in Florida, North Carolina and Pennsylvania for their electorate to request ballots by mail or mail.

“On all fronts, Biden-DNC’s coordinated crusade [Democratic National Committee] is crushing Republicans on key measures, such as mail-in, registration and [primary] voting requests, and we’re going to keep our foot on the accelerator, so we’re making Trump a one-term president,” said David Bergstein, director of the state’s Democratic National Committee for Communications.

In Pennsylvania, a state that former President Barack Obama and then Vice President Biden won twice before Trump turned it red in 2016, the Republican record has surpassed the Democratic record in the last 8 months. Democrats have added 41,200 voters, while Republicans have added only 72,000 since November 2019, according to state records.

Democrats still have more electorate registered than Republicans: $4.1 million compared to 3.3 million for the Republican Party as of July 27. But the gap of more than 783,000 electorates has narrowed significantly since 2012, when there were 1.1. millions more registered Democrats than Republicans, and in 2016, when Trump won despite the fact that more than 900,000 registered Democrats are indexed in Pennsylvania’s election archives.

“As the registration trends show, enthusiasm for President Trump and his America First agenda remain unmatched, the kind of enthusiasm Joe Biden will never have,”  the Trump campaign’s Trainer added. “Voters are primed and ready to cast their ballots this November to reelect the President.”

In North Carolina, Democrats have 330,000 fewer registered voters now than in 2008, the last time a Democrat won the state. From the time Obama won the state 12 years ago and Aug. 1, 2020, GOP registration has ticked up more than 104,000 voters, North Carolina records show.

Democrat voter registration still outpaces Republicans: 2.5 million registered Democrats to 2.1 million for Republicans in North Carolina. Meanwhile, Democrats’ requests for absentee ballots are outpacing the GOP 5:1, the DNC points out.

In Florida, the mega battleground state Trump now considers his home, the Republicans have closed the voter registration gap with Democrats to about 250,000. That’s down from 337,000 in 2016 when Trump won the Sunshine State and the presidency. Democrats, however, say their voters are more mobilized, pointing to a 500,000 vote-by-mail enrollment advantage.

Trump campaign officials say the polling in these key battleground states is not reflective of the new voter registration numbers. They also believe they hold key advantages over Biden: voter enthusiasm, state-of-the-art voter data and the necessary staff on the ground to ensure Republicans are mobilized to cast their votes — whether through the mail, early voting or in-person on Election Day.

THE RESULT OF TRUMP’S WARNING ELECTION COULD TAKE ”TWO MONTHS’ BECAUSE OF THE POSTAL VOTE

Trump Victory, a combined effort between the Republican National Committee and the Trump campaign, has more than 1,500 workers nationwide, more than 1.8 million activated volunteers and has now established more than 70 million contacts with volunteer electorates — double what happened in 2016, fox news reported.
