(RTTNews) – AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc.(AMC) agreed to sell cinemas in the Baltic region (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) for 65 million euros, or around $77 million.
AMC will get approximately part of the proceeds from the sale to the firm and the final balance in the country after the antitrust solution in the coming months.
The company said it is looking for the future to provide a full diversity of new and entertaining film products to add flavor to attendance for the remainder of 2020.
