The Vale Land Fair took place this weekend.
Guernsey hosted one of Europe’s music festivals this summer, having been loose for Covid-19 since May.
Around 3,500 islanders attended the Vale Land Fair during the holiday weekend, with a combination of bands, choirs and DJs betting on the occasion on the grounds of 600-year-old Vale Castle.
The Channel Islands territory ended social distancing in June, yet pandemic border restrictions all performers were from the Bailiwick of Guernsey, as reported through the BBC.
This is the latest edition of the Vale Earth Fair, which featured the islanders 12 hours of live music for 44 years.

Organiser Yannic Bearder told the BBC: “It was a wonderful day, many other people were celebrating in the sun.
“It’s a shame we had to send some other people to the door towards the end of the day, but we can only leave a limited number of people on the site.
“It’s amazing to see all those local artists and our thanks to them and all the volunteers who helped us organize the festival.
In contrast, participants in Reading and Leeds were able to enjoy a virtual festival birthday party last weekend after the coronavirus forced cancellation this year.
Classic festival sets through Billie Eilish, Radiohead, Foo Fighters and many others were broadcast on iPlayer to mark what would have been the 2020 edition of the August public festivals.
