US Open Tennis 2020: TV show, selected for Monday afternoon draw

Zverev will be left with the women’s No.1 seed, Karolina Pliskova, on the main court of the USTA National Tennis Centre. The Czech player does not face as many difficulties as the five most sensible seed in the men’s draw.

Pliskova is not expected to face many problems, however, the other most sensible seed in the women’s draw may have difficulty getting out of the first round.

No. five Alexander Zverev on Kevin Anderson

The last two draws were great with Zverev, who lost to Andy Murray in the first Western and South Open circular.

Unlike his last first-round match, the German will be able to face one of the unranked players with maximum experience in the draw.

Zverev has a 5-0 race record against Anderson, with four of the hard-court victories.

Zverev’s only fear on Monday was the long break he had to deal with without a steady time on the court.

The only fit the world’s seventh-ranked player has played since February the loss to Murray, in which he committed 11 double faults and had a first serve percentage of 53.

Anderson, 34, who ranks 117th in the world, can stay close if he serves well and Zverev makes more direct mistakes.

Anderson has 4 hard court wins in 2020, but even if he plays a better match, he may not have enough to beat Zverev in five sets.

In his defeat at the Western and South Open to Stefanos Tsitsipas, Anderson won 60% of his problems with the first serve and lost four of the six break problems.

If Zverev takes an early break in the first set, he can give him an extra touch of confidence that will move him smoothly into the round of the moment.

Ajla Tomljanovic on No. 17 Angelique Kerber

Angelique Kerber is one of the most decorated players in the women’s draw, however she has struggled in recent years at the US Open.

The 2016 U.S.Open champion has been eliminated for the first time in New York in two of the more than 3 years.

In fact, she has 4 first-round exits between the U.S. Open and French Open since the get started of 2017.

Kerber has played in the three consecutive Grand Slam quarter-finals in 2018 and won Wimbledon that year, however, his recent primary effects have been consistent enough to give him his full confidence.

Ajla Tomljanovic does not hold a Blank Grand Slam record, however, she has shown her skill to the players ranked in the first circular of the season.

At the Australian Open, 31st-year-old seed Anastasija Sevastova and Marketa Vondrousova disappointed a few weeks later in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Tomljanvoic won three consecutive games in the first circular in New York, and may earn merit through his first portions.

Tomljanovic ranks among the top 30 on the WTA Tour in terms of aces and first-serve points. If you don’t give up a lot of service, you can find a way to cause one of Monday’s biggest surprises.
