WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump insisted Tuesday that he was not hospitalized for “mini strokes,” accusing “FALSE NEWS” of pushing that claim forward.
The reaction was instantaneous, with the parties to the conflict challenging the president’s ability to lead the country and his supporters claiming that others were driving conspiracy theories about Trump.
Cognitive service was a point of attack in the general election.Trump’s crusade seized every opportunity to undermine Democratic nominee Joe Biden based on the former vice president’s occasional verbal mistakes, accusing him of intellectual decline.
Questions about Trump’s fitness arose this week, following a new e-book through New York Times correspondent Michael Schmidt reporting that Vice President Mike Pence was put on hold after president’s unforeseen at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center last year.
Trump reported questions about his fitness by spontaneously referring to a “series of mini hits,” which had been independently verified through credible media prior to his tweet.
As Schmidt noted in reaction to Trump’s tweet Tuesday morning, “It says nothing about mini-takes.”

Trump’s crusade reacted to a tweet from Joe Lockhart, Bill Clinton’s former press secretary and CNN political analyst, who wondered if the president had suffered a stroke.
“If any other CNN worker said similar things about Barack Obama, they would fire him immediately, so that the same thing would be implemented here,” the crusade said.

Pence also told Bret Baier of Fox News about the story in Schmidt’s book: “They don’t tell me I’m waiting.I’ve been informed that the president has an appointment with the doctor.”
