WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump defended his reaction to the coronavirus on Thursday and conducted several searches at the home of Democratic rival Joe Biden at a rally in Pennsylvania’s battlefield state, as polls show an increasingly strict streak.
“Before the coronavirus, this election ended,” Trump told a bustling outdoor crowd in Pittsburgh, saying he could have canceled the crusade this year if the virus hadn’t hit the country as hard as it did.This is upstairs.”
Trump landed in Latrobe shortly before 7 heures.ET and spoke at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport, following a recent crusade trend in partially airport hangars amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Trump said “we’re doing the hangar thing now because the sands can’t do it because of the pandemic.”Trump said he liked rallies at the airport because he might just get off the plane, give a speech” and get out of here..”
The rally is the time for Trump’s primary crusade since the Republican National Convention last week – it piled up in New Hampshire on Friday – and comes at a time when it traditionally suggests that many are starting to take part in the race.
Both campaigns predicted that the race would harden after Biden held a double-digit lead for much of the summer, and there are symptoms that will take shape.Biden led Trump by 50% to 43% in a USA TODAY/Suffolk University vote published this week.That merit has been reduced since the merit of 12 points it had in June.
In Pennsylvania, Biden has a 4-point lead over Trump among the registered electorate and 1 to 3 issues among the most likely electorate, according to a vote at Monmouth University this week.Patrick Murray, the poll director, described the race as a “thumb game.”.”
Trump has largely reorganized his mockery speech to focus more on Biden’s complaint and defending his administration’s reaction to the pandemic and the economic effect it has caused.
“Joe Biden needs to cede his jobs to China,” he said, offering no evidence of this unscrewed claim.
Latrobe is more productive known as the birthplace of golfer Arnold Palmer, whose air of mystery and competitive taste of the game attracted thousands of people to the game in the 1950s and 1960s.
