Donald Trump asked directly about QAnon’s savage conspiracy Thursday night, and like his public comments on the white supremacist organization Proud Boys last month, he did little to distance himself from the vast conspiracy theory. A moment of debate between Trump and Joe Biden didn’t. take a stand on Thursday night, as a war of words on the format of the debate led Trump to refuse to participate.
Instead, Trump and Biden held individual town hall-style events, which NBC’s Savannah Guthrie threw a series of things at Trump to comment on, one of which was QAnon, a major conspiracy plotted on online symbol forums in recent years, in which senior government insider spreads data through an un nameless online account.
The story of this messy theory and its spread outside of the dominant culture has been well covered elsewhere, however, the bottom line is that Donald Trump is the last line of defense opposed to a satanic clique of paedophiles dealing with young people across the Democratic Party and other areas of power. QAnon fans believe in a variety of crazy theories that have been combined into a larger crusade by Trump and his salvadoral status, and in some tactics have become common and viral in recent months, with demonstrations to “save young people” fueled by QAnon’s hysteria. There was also this woman who thought Adult Swim was a satanic cult that also had QAnon slogans and words on her Twitter account.
That said, Trump asked if he would distance himself from the theory of satanic worship conspiracy and refused, saying he knew nothing about them even though Guthrie had explained it to him beforehand.

“I don’t know,” Trump said, then admitted that they were “very against pedophilia, and I agree with that. “
At one point, Trump said he might know if the root of QAnon’s conspiracy – that there is a “satanic pedophile cult” that secretly governs the high degrees of government and Hollywood – exists lately in the United States.

Trump also provoked the wrath of other people on social media for belittling Guthrie and interrupting her at night.

The episode will obviously do little to prevent those in the totally unfounded plot, as it has gradually settled on social media, especially on Facebook (although in recent days the site has stated that it is nevertheless banning its teams and content). And that provoked a strong online reaction as a component of what was a crazy night for Trump.

Guthrie also noted that Trump shared a Twitter theory that Barack Obama had killed members of Seal Team 6, which he also denied.

Less than 3 weeks before the election and Trump lagging behind in the polls, he’s desperately looking for some momentum at his national television events, but it turns out that all he controlled doing Thursday night was infuriating other people who are already among his biggest supporters.
