Microsoft appoints Christopher Young to lead business development

A respectable voice in generation and cybersecurity, Young recently served as CEO of McAfee, one of the world’s largest cybersecurity companies. In 2017, Young led the initiative to get McAfee out of Intel as an independent company and has since led McAfee’s project for visitor systems and knowledge around the world. Previously, Young held positions of responsibility at Cisco, VMware, RSA and AOL.

“I’ve known Chris for many years and I appreciate his accomplishments as a leader. His delight and skills are an invaluable addition to our corporate and control team,” Nadella said. “We know that for our consumers and partners, the next decade of economic expansion will be explained through today’s virtual investments. With Chris’ leadership, the business progression team will remain a key accelerator for our partnerships and new expansion opportunities. “
