BUFFALO, New York (AP) – Jaret Patterson tied an FBS record in a singles game with 8 touchdowns and had the second-highest overall on the court with 409 yards for Buffalo to beat Kent State 70-41 on Saturday.
Patterson reached the established TD mark through Illinois offensive lineman Howard Griffith on September 22, 1990 in opposition to southern Illinois. He reached 18 yards from Samaje Perine’s career record in a 427-yard game for Oklahoma against Kansas on November 22. 2014. Patterson loaded it 36 times for an average of 11. 8 yards consistent with the race opposed to the Golden Flashes.
Patterson is the first Division I player to run more than three hundred yards in consecutive games since Texas star Ricky Williams did so in 1996. Patterson ran for four touchdowns and 301 yards, a school record through Saturday, in a 42-17 win. opposite Bowling Green.
Patterson scored in a series of 3, 31, 42, 49, 1, 7, 11 and yards opposite Kent State.

Patterson, who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds, set the mid-American Conference’s last six-touchdown record in a win last year at Bowling Green.
Patterson prepared Buffalo (4-0, 4-0) with a 62-yard run in his first game chase against Kent State 3 and scored on the next play. The Bulls never followed.
With an educational record of 70 problems, the Bulls have a consistent average of 50. 8 problems with the game. They have twice scored 42 numbers, their weakest efforts this season.
Kent State (3-1, 3-1) led Dustin Crum with 343 aerial yards and three scores.
