As Tesla Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) grows in popularity, it is construction factories around the world that meet demand.

Not so long ago, all Tesla cars in the world left the Fremont plant in California. Tesla has now accelerated production at Gigathingy Shanghai and can use this to stock up on cars in various parts of the world.

Earlier this year, an unidentified source said Tesla would export its Chinese-made Model 3 cars. Now, according to an account from Tesla’s fan site, Tesmanian, some 3500 models 3 from China have made their passage to Europe.

Tesmanian reports that Tesla China Vice President Grace Tao has shown that Standard Range Plus cars arriving in Europe have the same generation of LFP batteries as cars produced in China.

Benzinga’s vision: the production of cars in China for export to Europe will be Tesla in several ways. Cars are produced much closer to Europe, so prices and shipping time will be reduced.

Tesla can now also use its entire Fremont plant for North America, a market that still has more demand than Tesla can meet lately. Tesla is expected to complete its Berlin Gigaphabic in 2021.
