Vancouver-based Pacific Lifestyle Homes announced Monday that it has paved the way for a new North Orchards development called Plateau Manor. Pacific Lifestyle will build 82 of the 93 homes planned in the community.
The site is in the Battle Ground School District. All homes will come with a “smart generation set” with features like programmable lights, smart locks, and Amazon Echo devices. Prices are expected to start at the most reasonable end of the $300,000 to a range of $400,000.
