49ers to play two arizona homes after Santa Clara County ban on tactile sports

San Francisco’s 49ers will play two homes at the Arizona Cardinals State Farm in Glendale, Arizona, after Santa Clara County issued a three-week ban on touch sports.

The 49ers will host the Buffalo Bills on Dec. 7 and the Washington team on Dec. 13, the team announced in a statement.

The Cardinals will play a home game opposed to the Los Angeles Rams at State Farm Stadium on December 6, they will have a game on the opposite path to the New York Giants the following week.

San Francisco has not yet published the main points of its practice plans. Santa Clara County also requires anyone traveling more than 150 miles outside the domain to be quarantined for 14 days.

The team also has one remaining game at home: a 17th week date with the Seattle Seahawks on January 3. It is not known if the 49ers will host this game in Santa Clara.

49ers coach Kyle Shanahan expressed frustration with the stage after Sunday’s 23-20 win over the Rams, saying the team was blinded by Saturday’s announcement while ready to travel.

“We work with them as a partner, just looking to perceive it,” Shanahan said. “So we can get out of here and the dates we have with them, let all our players and coaches and everyone on this plane and our wives get off while we get on a plane and nobody tells us . . . C was incredibly disappointing.

The 49ers (5-6) are one game away from the Cardinals for the last position on the NFC playoff table.
