With the exception of time in college and some travels across the country and abroad, Trish Clark has lived in Greenwich all his life. She grew up in Riverside and, as an adult, shared an apartment in downtown Greenwich. she bought in Glenville, and today lives with her husband and three children in Old Greenwich.
“Having lived the city, I have an exclusive wisdom of the charm that each segment has to offer,” Clark said.
Clark studied business and finance at Boston University and then earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from New York Medical College. She spent two decades working in the health industry, which in many tactics prepared her for her most recent paintings in real estate. He is currently an agent in Old Greenwich of Coldwell Banker Realty.
“My 20 years in health care have helped me perceive the complexity of the dynamics of the family circle and human emotions,” Clark said. “People who buy and sell genuine properties are not happy. When a home is put on the market after the death of an elderly relative, or after a divorce, distributors occasionally face emotional baggage. Keeping the consumer focused on the task at hand, while offering support, recommendation, and attentive hearing, can help you go through difficult times elegantly.
Clark has 3 public portals: Coldwell Banker’s website, its branded Facebook page and Instagram. “I use Facebook not only to advertise visitor ads, but also to provide valuable data about Greenwich and engaging things that are happening in the city,” he says.
Clark’s children attend Greenwich Public Schools, so she remains active in parent-teacher associations (EUs) in two schools. She is a parishioner and volunteer at the Church of Santa Catalina in Siena. She is also a Girl Scout volunteer and is an active member of the Riverside Yacht Club.
