TORRINGTON – The COVID screening test at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital will be transferred from the hospital’s outpatient parking lot to 211 High St. December 7.
The decision, hospital officials said, will increase testing capacity as the technique of the winter months and reduce congestion around the existing hospital hill.
