An affordable housing lottery was opened for 8 apartments in a six-story structure at 312 Broadway in Williamsburg. The structure is right next to the increased JMZ subway line at the front and borders the BQE sunk on the side.
Between the apartments, there are two studios, 4 one bedroom sets and a couple of two bedroom sets. Monthly rentals start at $2,228 and peak at $2830.
The lottery is established on a median source of income diversity consistent with the 130% zone for all units. Diversity of eligible source of income from $ 76,389 to $ 159,640 for families of one to five.
There will be a total of 24 apartments in the building, according to heritage records, two advertising spaces will be on the ground floor, a doctor at the time of the floor and a parking lot for 12 cars in the basement. It will be included in the ceiling.
A construction of a flat that once housed Rainbow, a low-priced clothing store, and the Unimed pharmacy, demolished in 2019.
