Pandemic restrictions in 2020, which began in March, have slowed the entertainment industry, but have not stopped politics through The Pulse of Entertainment. The year 2020 included many published interviews that began with those given to me by the NBC press for its 2020 programming, which took place in late 2019. Interviews published in 2020 included those of Peter Gallagher (“Grace and Frankie”) about the new series “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” and J. August Richards (“Angel”) and Michele Weaver (Nighthawk) for their roles in “Council of Dads”. Before things stopped, I attended a feature review through Grammy-nominated jazz guitarist Chieli Minucci at Spaghettini’s in Seal Beach, California. He sold his special jazz band EFX’s new album “All-Stars” with Chieli Minucci. I also interviewed Chieli. My interview with Harrison Ford and the review of The Call of the Wild were published and followed through my interview with the mythical Shirley Murdock (“As We Lay”).
