Here’s a preview of Fenway Park on a COVID-19 vaccination site

The Boston Red Sox house is in a position to welcome anything new: a site for COVID-19 vaccines.

Earlier this month, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker announced that Fenway Park would be a mass vaccination site starting February 1, the time of its kind after Gillette Stadium was introduced as a vaccination site on January 18. Fenway’s site is controlled through Cambridge. CIC Health Health Generation Corporate.

“Mass vaccination sites like Fenway Park are a must for our state’s vaccine distribution procedure, providing convenient, safe and effective access to thousands of residents,” Baker said in a statement. “By joining Gillette Stadium, our management is incredibly grateful to our city’s sports groups for expanding their aid to the Commonwealth pandemic. We thank the Red Sox and CIC Health for their partnership and look forward to opening more mass vaccination sites soon. »

That’s how Fenway Park is now.
