A new rental in the Dallas Medical District opens its doors.
Lenox Maplewood Apartments is structured just east of the UT Southwestern campus on Denton Drive at Love Field/Inwood Road Station in Dallas Area Rapid Transit.
Austin-based Oden Hughes Development has built nearly three hundred residential complexes in the first phase of Lenox Maplewood Apartments, which will open this month for first-time tenants.
Kairoi Residential, in San Antonio, rents the property.
“Maplewood Lenox will respond to an immediate request from fitness care professionals looking for a quality home in the Dallas Medical District center,” David Desatnick of Oden Hughes Development said in a statement. “This new network of luxury apartments not only provide an ideal location for citizens living there, but also a number of amenities and facilities that will complement your daily life.
The new diversity of apartments at 580 square feet and 1,566 square feet. Rental rates start at $1,225 per month.
The new rental network includes a lounge, a community-flavored pool, a fitness center, a puppy park and grilling stations.
The apartments replaced an empty grocery shopping mall and an empty lot that was the site of an apartment complex.
The Dallas Apartment Project is one of two new advances that Oden Hughes and Kairoi Residential are making their debut in North Texas. At Gray, the builder just finished his Community of Lenox Crown Apartments at 1760 Lookout Drive, near Bush Turnpike.
