One of the major investors in downtown Dallas is putting his business where he spends his cash.
Headington Cos. , for more than a decade, has purchased and renovated buildings and properties downtown. The company led by oil tanker Tim Headington has spent heaps of millions of dollars to fix the city center.
Now Headington Cos. , Establishing your own mall with a transfer from Head to Main Street.
The company, which owns the Joule Hotel in the center and luxury shops along the street, is moving its offices to the Forty-Five-Ten construction and construction 1608 Main St. , of its properties.
“Now we’re nearing the end of our lease term at Cityplace,” Headington Cos said, “Michael Tregoning. “Last year we preferred to be in the center.
