Hospice Heroes are exceptional individuals/agencies that include ARCH values and are network leaders that motivate change.
As a general rule, this occasion is an intimate reason for gratitude; however, continued pandemic measures have caused ARCH to hold a face-to-face birthday party for the time of the year in a row. We are very grateful to our hospice heroes for their exemplary efforts, they are true models!
Volunteer Hospice Hero – Armida Brown
“The other happiest people are not the ones who get the most, but the ones who give the most. “Those words taught through H. Jackson Brown Jr. play Armida Brown in the background. It goes beyond her role as a volunteer, her compassion and loving nature manifest themselves in everything she does.
He will regularly place Armida in ARCH spending countless hours in the kitchen, attending the reception, running on one occasion or directly supporting our palliative care citizens and their families; Armida is able to help you wherever you want!Spend a lot of time sitting with our citizens and their families, making sure your ARCH adventure is meaningful. She has an acute awareness of what each and every resident desires and leaves an eternal impression on those who cross her path, and ARCH loves her for that!
It is ARCH’s privilege to have the mixture of Armida’s useful and loving presence and the infinite amount of authentic kindness she shows others. In fact, we are grateful to have Armida in place, not only as a hospice hero, but also a valuable and reliable ARCH champion.
Hospice Staff Hero – Kelly Leith
Kelly is going beyond her expectations in her role as head of clinical care at ARCH. She is a great advocate for her team and everyone who serves ARCH. As Maya Angelou once said, “Whatever you need to do, if you need to be smart, you have to love him and be able to make sacrifices for him,” and Kelly is an example.
She is a team player who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, understanding, perfect communicator and strives to provide this additional measure of attention and convenience for our residents. His attention to detail is remarkable and his exceptional determination for excellence and quality care is reflected in everything he does.
Her colleagues have her in the highest esteem; because Kelly is someone who actually represents ARCH’s mission, vision and total values in their daily work, inspires the entire ARCH team with their strengths and creates a safe and comforting environment for our citizens and their families.
