New Coastal PlayGrove opens on Big Splash site

Coastal PlayGrove is the new family recreation domain circle in East Coast Park. The old Big Splash site has been redesigned and now features the highest gameplay feature, a grassy lawn and a water park. Of course, there are coastal playgrove recovery features for young and old.

Big Splash was built in 1977 on a reclaimed plot in East Coast Park. The water park included an 85-metre-long water slide, a wave pool and a 200-metre-long infinity pool. It was later redesigned as a place to eat and a lifestyle destination. It closed in 2016. The site was remodeled through the National Parks Board (NParks) as a component of the rejuvenation of the East Coast Park. The water park and its main game distribution is the 16-meter-high Play Tower set in a reconstruction of the iconic Big Splash Tower.

Coastal PlayGrove’s dining features are a side explanation for why stop at The New East Coast Park Playground. It has so many attractive features to keep children and adults busy.

There is a playground with themed sections that inspire the little ones to interact and play in nature. There is also NParks’ first outdoor classroom across the sea, with a slate and surrounded by plant species.

Coastal PlayGrove has giant green areas and playgrounds with coastal perspectives.

The biggest charm is the top 16-meter game tower, which features a vertical setting, a vertical challenge and slides.

A short walk through the tower will give you a magnificent view of the coastal park.

The youngsters are very excited through the two steel tube slides available on the third and fourth floors of the Play Tower. You can see equally excited parents and grandparents waiting with cell phone cameras in a position at the back of the slides.

Coastal PlayGrove is located in Area B of East Coast Park, near the Community Road Safety Park. On weekends and holidays, a bus service will take you to the service lane just outside Coastal PlayGrove. to Amber Road.
