Tulsa city asks developers to paint on a deserted commercial site

The city of Tulsa is for developers and small business partners to help rebuild a former commercial site in the Greenwood district.

Part of the Evans-Fintube is already structured as a new headquarters for USA BMX.

Now, city leaders will expand the domain with accommodation, food shopping, and entertainment options.

“We are very excited about this area. There is a lot of expansion underway and we are very focused on creating opportunities for the community,” said Wyatt Donnely-Landolt of the city of Tulsa.
