Since 2017, Music at the Beach has been an integral part of summer festivities at Harbour Beach.

Harbour Beach network promotions director Kelly Jo Osentoski said the live music occasion won well among locals and visitors.

“We tried to bring anything for other people to do on Friday night,” Osentoski said, explaining the origins of the event.

Unlike most pandemic occasions last summer, the live music party was able to continue and draw smart crowds.

Last year, the audience was smaller than in previous years, however, families continued to attend those Friday night events, sitting socially remotely and enjoying the chic evenings with live music.

Music at the Park is located in Lincoln Park, near the city’s waterfront. There are many picnic tables at your disposal. Usually the crowds are much larger than the number of tables available, so it is necessary to bring garden chairs to the event.

Osentoski said participants are invited to bring food, drinks and portable fridges. The park’s concession stand will be open for those wishing to purchase hot food and treats.

For members of the circle of family members interested in music, Lincoln Park also offers several things for a night of laughter, adding a large and almost new playing field that offers a wonderful position for children to play.

Others can walk along the beach or pass by the city’s giant pier for sights. In recent years, many visitors have noticed that they are walking through the hot park while listening to the background music.

This year, the city added one more musical night on the beach, bringing the total to six musical nights.

The annual event will begin on Friday, June 25, 2021 and music is expected to begin at 7 p. m. Until 11 p. M.

The last night of Music at the Beach will be Friday, August 13, 2021. The city ends to finish friday night’s occasion before top-tier school football begins.

This year’s dates and bands include:

June 25 – Even Steven

July 2 – Weekend return

July – Detroit Social Club

July 30 – Whimsical Wind

August 6: under pressure

August 13 – BNT

Although Music at the Beach ends on August 16, other musical occasions at Harbour Beach will continue. Even Steven will make his moment of the year appearance on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the Pirates Motorcycle Run. DJ in the Park will take position several weekends. from May to October in the city’s North Park.
