Care Services (“BHS”) from Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (“Brookdale”) (NYSE: BKD). The joint venture extends post-acute care within the HCA Healthcare continuum for the purpose of obtaining a better quality and patient experience, as well as selling access to care.
