HCA Healthcare Completes Previously Announced Acquisition of Majority Stake in Brookdale Health Care Services

NASHVILLE, Tennessee, July 1, 2021 – (BUSINESS WIRE) – HCA Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: HCA), one of the country’s leading health care providers, today announced the final touch of acquiring a majority stake in Brookdale Health. Care Services (“BHS”) from Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (“Brookdale”) (NYSE: BKD). The joint venture extends post-acute care within the HCA Healthcare continuum for the purpose of obtaining a better quality and patient experience, as well as selling access to care.
