Greece U. S. citizens with a full vaccination or a negative PCR test to enter without quarantine.

Malta

Malta is now calling for all elderly people aged thirteen or over from any EU country or outside the EU to be fully vaccinated to enter and renounce mandatory quarantine. This island country is the first EU member to have this requirement for all non-Maltese

Iceland

Although Iceland is not a component of Europe itself, it was one of the first European countries to reopen to tourism. Guests must be fully vaccinated to enter, as a negative check before arrival does not meet the access requirements.
