Twitter partners with AP and Reuters for misinformation on its website
Twitter Inc will partner with The Associated Press and Reuters to deliver credible data to the fastest social media site as part of an effort to combat the spread of contempt, it said on Monday. Like other social media companies, the San Francisco-based company has been forced to remove misleading or false data from its site. Earlier this year, Twitter introduced a program called Birdwatch, which asked its users to identify and find out misleading tweets.
