SportTechie is heading to a new home. Leaders Group, a branch of Advance that includes sports business journal’s cross-platform industry selling point of sale, is close to reaching an agreement to get the content brand, according to resources familiar with the deal, in the latest media review.
Launched in 2013, SportTechie offers news and occasions online, with an indexed team of 10 employees. The monetary terms of the agreement have been announced.

“Our parent company, Advance, prohibits us (and all of its portfolio companies) from commenting on rumors or speculation,” leaders group chief executive Warren Thune said. and Newzoo, operates as a component of Advance and its subsidiary, American City Business Journals.
