It has been a year for television thanks to the coronavirus, for this reason, several screens have set autumn dates for the finals of their season (or series). The CW just announced when some of its own series will air. Year, adding two main properties of Arrowverse. Stargirl will close its season for now on November 2. The following week, Supergirl will complete its six seasons on November 9.
The CW had announced in the past that Supergirl was ending after six years last fall, and the final season officially debuted in March. Although the series is coming to an end, the audience still has a lot to do with it in the coming weeks. In the absence of definitive episodes, Jon Cryer’s Lex Luthor will also return soon and, according to showrunners Jessica Queller and Robert Rovner, Lex will localize a romance with Peta Sergeant’s Nyxly.
Former members Chris Wood, Jeremy Jordan and Mehcad Brooks are also back for the series finale.
Meanwhile, this year marked the first season of Stargirl as a CW exclusive after the exhibition shared with DC Universe last year. Courtney Whitmore and the other members of the Justice Society have already mingled with a new villain, The Shade (Jonathan Cake). it’s just a warm-up for this season’s genuine threat, Eclipso (Nick Tarabay), whose reign of terror has just begun.
