WASHINGTON, DC – NBC Sports Washington announced its 2021-22 NBA season policy from the Washington Wizards, highlighted through the live policy of 84 combined normal season and preseason games, the return of full game day systems and expanded cross-platform content on NBCSportsWashingtonArraycom and the MyTeams app.
NBC Sports Washington will feature the policy of 81 of the Wizards’ 82 normal season games and 3 games of the presea season, starting with the team facing the New York Knicks in an exhibition game on Oct. 9 (7 p. m. ). Politics begins with the Wizards’ opening game in Toronto against the Raptors on Oct. 20 (7:30 p. m. ).
Coverage of the games on NBC Sports Washington will again be led by announcer Justin Kutcher and analyst Drew Gooden, a former Wizards player and 14-year NBA veteran, entering their third season as the Wizards’ television advertising team.
This season, NBC Sports Washington will once again wrap wizards live games with the live systems of Wizards Pregame Live and Wizards Postgame Live to provide news, analysis and observation for one hour before and one hour after games. Hall and will feature a solid of experienced vocals, highlighted through Chris Miller, a veteran Wizards member, former Wizards Jason Smith and Tony Massenburg and Glenn Consor. Kutcher and Gooden will also appear on pre- and post-match shows.
NBC Sports Washington’s live policy, which adds pre- and post-game shows, will continue to be available to authenticated subscribers in the MyTeams app and NBCSportsWashington. com.
