Right now, Seoul is one of the most fashionable cities on the planet. With revolutionary fashion, undeniably catchy music, uncontrollable dramas and more, South Korea’s capital has maintained its position on our cultural radar for several consecutive years. This year is no different, and as we prepare for Seoul Spring/Summer Fashion Week 2022, we are pleased to announce that an impressive roster of artists has joined the celebration: DPR Live, Heize and Lee Hee-moon OBSG. the backdrop to many of Seoul’s 600-year-old cultural heritage sites, showing Off Korea’s good looks as its broadcasts are broadcast around the world.
Some of those heritage sites come with Deoksugung Palace and Gyeonghuigung Palace, which will be converted into transitional apartments for the week’s events. Using those 3 artists as beacons of culture, many aspects of Korean art will be on display during the nine days of performance.
This iteration of Seoul Fashion Week has the theme “Seoul’s Past, Present and Future”, with functionalities that follow this idea. The occasions will open with DPR LIVE, which is known not only in the music industry, but also in the fashion industry through collaborations of non-public tastes with brands such as Adidas Original. From there, the festivities will continue with Heize, which represents Seoul’s taste and fashion through dreamy functionality at Hyundai’s Beyond the Road virtual gallery in Yeouido. Lee Hee-moon OBSG will then register for the party at Deoksugung Stone House, game genres based on Gyeonggi folk songs.
