Brutal Indecency: The 3 Trials of Oscar Wild

September 30, October 2, 7:30 p. m. Thursday to Saturday, 2:30 p. m. Sunday, Evansville Civic Theater. Tickets $10 (plus a processing fee).

“Gross Indecency” recounts the arrests and trials of Oscar Wilde in 1895 that led to two years in prison for sodomy. Tickets can be purchased at www. evvcivic. org or at the box office.

Wine at your leisure

5 p. m. a. m. at 10:30 p. m. , Trunnell Farmers’ Market. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Tickets charge $40.

This event, designed for a better date or an evening with friends, gives laughter to the autumn activities for adults. Tickets come with 8 wine, beer and bourbon tasting coupons. Snack stations, souvenir tasting glasses, night access to the labyrinth, live music. and tram rides are also on the program. For those attending but not drinking, a designated motive power price ticket comes with unlimited chocolate and cheese stations.

First Friday

5:30 p. m. to nine p. m. , Haynie’s Corner Arts District. Liberation.

As the first Friday of 2021 series wraps up the year, enjoy loose live music through the fountain, art vendors, food trucks, and more. The food trucks will be at Patchwork Central.

Movie Night Back to the Future

6 p. m. , Vanderburgh County Courthouse.

As a component of the “Save the Clocktower” campaign, a movie night is organized on the lawn of the former courthouse. People are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to watch the film, and there will be food trucks for dinner needs. They are encouraged to wear their garments from the 50s and 80s, and donations are accepted for admission.

Evansville Half Marathon

7 a. m-12 p. m. , Evansville Riverfront,

This 13. 1-mile tour showcases downtown Evansville, local parks, and the Pigeon Creek Greenway. Interested participants can register at evansvillehalfmarathon. org

Artisanal Harvest Fair

From nine to . m. a four p. m. , Harmony State Park. Door fees are $7 for Indiana cars and $nine for cars from other states.

With over a hundred vendors, food, music, pony rides and carriages, a glimpse into pioneer life, and loose crafts for kids, other people are encouraged to get away from the city for a day of laughter in the national park.

Corpus Christi Healing Garden Harvest Festival

From 9 a. M. A p. M. , Corpus Christi Church, 5528 Hogue Road. Liberation.

This festival celebrates the new pumpkin and pumpkin harvest season. Participants can purchase fall ornaments, baked goods, a harvest mix, frozen hot chocolate and apple cider. Also available: Corpus Christi’s famous Chuckwagon sausage burgers. There will be activities that will add hay walks, crafts, apple slingshots and more. There will be cooking with chili from 11 a. m. a 1 p. m.

Lions Club Arts and Crafts Festival

Oct. 2-3, 10 a. m. 4 p. . m m. , John James Audubon State Park in Henderson Free admission, parking at $5.

This festival showcases exclusive homemade crafts and crafts, the best for anyone to start buying Christmas gifts. There will be trucks of food, music, entertainment and games to keep the entire circle of relatives entertained. from the parking lot to the festival.

ParksFest Music Festival

12h to 22h, Parc Garvin. Liberation.

ParksFest is back at Garvin Park with a day full of music, food trucks, an outdoor brewery, and kids’ activities like a petting zoo, hoops, and a dance party. the parks of the city.

Fall Community Day

From noon to afternoon, American Legion Post 44, 711 State Street in Newburgh, Libéré.

This circle of relatives focuses on everything that animates throughout the fall. There will be games, inflatable structures, treats and pumpkin ornaments. For the younger ones who need to dress early, there will be a costume contest at 1pm.

Native American Exhibition of the 4 Winds

From noon to five in the afternoon, Angel Mounds State Historic Site. Tickets are $10 for adults, $9 for seniors, and $7 for youth.

Come celebrate artistic performances of Native American songs and dances and shop with local and foreign Native American artists and vendors who will showcase handicrafts.

Castle Band Events and Cruises

3:00 p. M. A 8:00 p. M. , Castle High School. $5 admission. (Free for children)

Games and cruising start at 3 p. m. with a cake walk, a dive tank and a duck pond for the participants. Live music begins at 3:30 p. m. , giving attendees one last chance to see the band perform this year.

Autumn Feast of the Holy Rosary

From 12:00 to 18:00, Catholic Church of the Holy Rosary. Liberation.

Join the Holy Rosary that celebrates more than 70 years as a parish. There will be pre-purchased fried poultry dinners at Marx Barbecue and other local food trucks that will have food to buy. The festival will feature live music, a fall photo booth, a candy stand and more. There will be several raffles with prizes like baskets, homemade quilting, and more.

Lincolnshire Porch Festival

This festival celebrates Lincolnshire’s historic district, where visitors can chat and watch live music from other porches. Free yoga will be held from 1 p. m. at 2 p. m. y live music. There will also be food trucks.

The Broadway

2 p. m. Théâtre de los angeles Victoire. Diversity of tickets from $ 15 to $ 20.

The Evansville Philharmonic opens its Pops series with “Broadway’s Back,” which highlights songs and music from prominent Broadway plays. Tickets can be purchased at evansvillephilharmonic. org or at the Victory Theatre box office.

Spirits on the green

3 p. m. t. until 6 p. m. , Helfrich Hills Golf Course, admission costs $20 and participants must be 21 years of age or older.

Sample beer, wine and spirits with live music on the golf course. Prepayment includes unlimited alcohol samples and a raffle ticket. Meals and snacks will be taken at an additional cost.

West Side Nut Club Fall Festival
