The annual birthday party is a glorious precursor to BMI’s November Country Awards, which is the oldest award rite of its kind. he has represented many iconic songwriters, from Hank Williams, Kris Kristofferson, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson and Mac Davis, to today’s hitmakers, adding Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Maren Morris, Carrie Underwood, Thomas Rhett, Keith Urban, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Mickey Guyton and many others who continue to leave an indelible mark on music history. In addition to those mythical singer-songwriters, BMI also represents many authors behind the scenes who are guilty of their favorite hits. DiPiero, Steve Cropper, Liz Rose, Ben Burgess, Ross Copperman, Nicolle Galyon and Connie Harrington are just a few.
