This is the time when the lawsuit filed through Parus in opposition to Apple for using Parus’ voice UI technologies to retrieve information. Patents ‘431 and ‘ 084 are claimed in the instances of the district courts opposed to Apple, Google and Samsung (6-19). -cv-00432, 6-19-vc-00433, 6-19-vc-00438) in the Western District of Texas and the case opposing LG (3-20-cv-05896) in the Northern District of California, all filed these instances in the district courts have been suspended pending the final results of the intellectual property rights. Parús has also claimed patents in other instances of district courts recently pending in the Western District of Texas in opposition to Microsoft and Google.
Earlier this month, Parus won an opposite victory over Apple in the U. S. Patent Appeals and Trials Board (PTAB) because it rejected Apple’s attempt to invalidate Parus’ primary patents in their entirety.
