ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – People continue to invade sites in Central Florida in hopes of getting a COVID-19Array
On Thursday, Orange County opened a few others at the South Orange Youth Sports Complex to meet demand.
There will be loose PCR tests and immediate nasal antigen tests to be performed between 9 a. m. and 5 p. m. , or until capacity is reached, every day, adding weekends.
However, it will remain closed this Friday and Saturday for the end of the year holidays.

Nestor Mato of FOX 35 at the checkpoint early Monday morning and saw lines spread out in nearby neighborhoods.
This is the third COVID-19 test open in Orange County.
The other two are at Barnett Park and Econ Soccer Complex, either of which has reached capacity several times over the following week.
People living near the Covid-19 checkpoint at the Econ Soccer complex say it has had an effect on the entire neighborhood.

“Honestly, it’s terrible,” resident Estefania Montero told FOX 35. “The traffic has been horrible. “
Resident Miguel Rios added, “These other people block you all the time. “
Orange County officials hope the new version will make it less difficult for those suffering to get tested and ease the burden on Barnett Park’s dominance and the budget soccer complex.

All COVID-19 sites in Orange County now offer drive-thru and walk-in options.
