As the newly opened anchor of a shopping mall-turned-recreation complex, the 150,000-square-foot Circle K Fieldhouse is home to two permanent top-tier schools and two college-regulated basketball courts; 8 wooden volleyball courts; six pickleball courts; and a 100,000-square-foot turf box that can accommodate football or two softball/baseball boxes. The spaces, built on the site of the former Goody’s branch, can also be configured to house 12 transient volleyball courts, 16 top school basketball courts, 40 pickleball courts, or 30 wrestling mats.
Columbus (population 51,268, located about an hour south of downtown Indianapolis) owns 75% of the property. Its Parks and Recreation Department operates the complex, which includes walking trails and outdoor spaces, from its new on-site headquarters.
Columbus Regional Health owns the remaining 25%, employs about 250 more people in the new on-site offices, and expects to serve 1,000 patients each day.

In March, Price Brothers turned to JLL to lead the retail leasing and marketing of the project. Approximately two hundred luxury components, 14 restaurants and AdventHealth South’s full-service emergency clinic have opened.
