Bitcoin peaked in 2023 at the end of a week marked by chaos in cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin’s value hit $38,000 on Friday for the first time this year. This is the first time the cryptocurrency has noticed those figures since last summer, and it has been recovering from a dip in the second part of 2022.
Coinbase also hit a 2023 high at the end of the week, its highest point since spring 2022. But while it’s a promising time for some investors, the crypto world has seen some turmoil this week.
