Barry P. Latham Beloved father of Michael Latham and Daniel Latham, either from Branford. Affectionate father-in-law of Louis Moreno of Branford and Michael (Lorraine) Moreno of Middletown. Dear grandfather to Chase and Avery Latham, Nathan, Caydence, Nicholas and Jackson Moreno. He was the brother of William Latham of Shelton and the vanquished Robert Latham. Barry was born in Bridgeport on February 17, 1957, the son of William F. and Marion Sorensen Latham.
Barry had been in the sporting goods business for 50 years and most recently owned Guilford Sporting Goods with his wife. He is a big fan of the New York Yankees.
His funeral procession will depart from PORTO’S FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Road. (Rte 80) East Haven on Monday morning at 10:00 a. m. m. Se will celebrate a Christian funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Parish. Ambrose, St. Augustine’s Church, 30 Caputo Road, North Branford. , at 10:30 a. m. Burial will take place at All Saints Cemetery, North Haven. Family and friends can call SUNDAY starting at 4:00 p. m.
