Noelia Voigt has announced her resignation as the current Miss USA.
“In life, I really appreciate the importance of making the resolutions that are most productive for you and your intellectual health. As individuals, we grow up experiencing other things in life that lead us to be more informed about ourselves,” Voigt, 24, wrote via a lengthy message on Instagram on Monday, May 6. “My journey as Miss USA has been incredibly meaningful, representing Utah with pride, and then the United States to Miss Universe. Unfortunately, I made the difficult resolution to relinquish the name Miss USA 2023. “
Voigt shared that she was “grateful for the love and support” she’s gotten from friends, family, fans, coaches, and crew from all the pageants she’s competed in over the years. Her style rejoiced at the “lifelong friendships” he made with her. time on the Miss USA circuit. In addition to the connections she made at Miss USA, Voigt also enjoyed the charity paintings she was able to do.

Miss USA said she is “currently reviewing plans for the transition to a successor” and will soon announce the crowning of a new Miss USA.
Voigt represented Utah at the Miss USA pageant in September 2023. With her victory, she became the first Venezuelan-American woman to win the crown. Two months later, Voigt represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant in El Salvador.
