NBA draft clients for USC’s Isaiah Collier have remained strong over the past month. Collier was thought to be last year, when he entered USC, as a potential lottery pick, but as the NBA draft approaches, the general consensus is that Collier will exit the lottery and enter the diversity of 15-to-20 picks next week. USA TODAY Sports’ new NBA mock draft puts Collier 19th overall in the first round. The destination: Canada. The Toronto Raptors have the 19th pick and Collier can simply head to the Great White North.

Here are USA TODAY Sports’ NBA Draft projections:

“He should be healed from a hand injury he suffered during the season. You’ve got an NBA-ready executive, hits the shelf, and finishes. He still has to work on inconsistent jump shots and can be a stopped finisher if he thinks about it. It has lottery-caliber skill and can end up being a very smart pick for a team in this range.
