Shell Nederland Raffinaderij B. V. , a subsidiary of Shell plc, will temporarily suspend structural paints at its 820,000 tpa biofuels plant at the Shell Energy and Chemicals Park in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, to ensure the finishing touch to the task and ensure its long-term competitiveness given existing market conditions.
