Since our first Quince review, we’ve gotten acquainted with dozens more new clothing and home items. Our team tested washable silk, organic cotton, lightweight linen, luxurious cashmere, and even Quince diamond jewelry. We are an organization of people of all shapes and sizes, but our core expectations of quality structure are our guide. In short, we were satisfied with the most of what we tried.
Quince specializes in timeless silhouettes that will (almost) remain classic, but some of the fabrics she uses aren’t as sumptuous as others. Lately, they’ve been creating imitations of modern styles, which tend to sell quickly. Below, we’ll give you our fair feedback on the pieces that really inspired us and the ones that didn’t.
To keep your costs low, the logo says you can keep costs on average 50-80% of classic retail costs by sourcing from manufacturers. That’s because it reduces design costs and minimizes business overhead, so the savings are passed on to us.
One of our favorite fabrics for Quince is a soft, stretchy drape called Tencel Rib Knit, as seen in this sleeveless midi dress. We also endorse his cashmere collection, featured in our Best Cashmere Sweaters Advisor.
Quincequin’s silk combination revealed to us the true nature of the brand’s clothing. It’s a classic, flattering style that editor Samantha Crozier was able to wash and wear for about nine months until it finally broke. That said, it’s a simple dress to dress up, with a lovely sheen that makes you feel polished no matter where you wear it, and it’s very affordable for genuine silk.
When I was looking for a silk dress, I came up with an idea about dresses that could cost up to $250 per day, wondering if I could justify the price. “To me, this dress is the best combination of price, style, and fit,” Crozier says. You’ll probably wear this dress a lot to dress up before reveling in the same disappointment. Lately it is also available in extended sizes. However, its lifespan puts it in the fast fashion category, so we can’t call it a sustainable option. For more information, check out our full review of the Quince silk combination.
What I love most about this midi dress is the stretchy feel of the fabric, and I love that it’s slim without being flimsy. Inside is a lightweight lining that is slightly compressive, but the split hem at the back ensures that you can still take long steps comfortably. It’s an ideal dress because it wraps up in a neat package and fits my carry-on perfectly. It’s a wonderful price for a casual dress compared to similar styles from Athleta or Lululemon. It turns out that this summer’s trend is leaning towards chic sneakers, so I’ll have to dress up and accessorize it with some sports accessories. — Gabrielle Chase, Associate Style Editor, Insider Reviews
Although it’s sublime enough to dress up with heels and a clutch for dinner, I most commonly pair it [this long maxi dress] with shoes for a fashionable and comfortable look during daylight hours. The sneaker look suits me because, at 5’10, the dressed up dress hits me just above the ankles, but if you’re shorter, it would possibly land closer to the ground. On hot days, I would sweat in this dress (I usually choose sleeveless clothes when I think I might sweat), and the sweat showed through the silk fabric. That’s the only problem I find with this dress. I washed it bloodless on the gentle cycle and hung it to dry. I steamed it to remove wrinkles (ironing silk is not recommended). Every time I put the dress on after washing, I found it to be just as comfortable and shiny as before. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, Insider Reviews

We had two editors, sizes 1X and 3X, review pieces from the brand’s new extfinished size collection for our review of Plus Size Fifteen. There were hits and misses, but the Tencel Rib Knit fabric turned out to be the unanimous favorite. “This piece was the one that was most out of my comfort zone, so I was surprised to end up loving this style. Silhouette: As for the viral Skims Long Slip Dress, it is very comfortable and stretchy, and it is very breathable in the middle of the night; I can also use it just for a summer dinner party, but I really liked how it looked when I paired it with a jacket for painting. I’m 5’11”, and this dress shocked me to my ankles. Shoes. The adjustable straps allow you to adjust the length a bit, but I’d say if you’re less than 5’7″ you might want to wear heels with this dress or with a hem. —Lauren Savoie, Associate Editor, Insider Reviews
I love the simplicity of this sleeveless dress, but the top slit gives it a flirty feel that elevates it a bit. I found that the curtains were very transparent when I bent over, so I proposed a larger size to have a little more flexibility when bending or moving. I opted for a large length, which is my same length as above, but I may have gone up to an XL to have a little more room. —Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
I’ve found that linen clothing is rarely Quince’s strong suit, and while this dress is lightweight, it doesn’t feel durable. My other wish for her design would be to add silicone grippers where the sleeves rest on the shoulders, because the elastic stings bare skin. They gave me the small length, which has a short hem for a 5’9″ figure – to put it in terms of the average school dress code, this length would be a little outdated. But the stretchy bodice and puff sleeves fit perfectly, It does, and the skirt has a great flare, so I’ll still use it wisely: Gabrielle Chase, Associate Taste Editor, Insider Reviews.
This organic cotton poplin is a wonderful copy of Anthropologie’s popular Somerset for less than a fraction of the price. It is available in six color options, adding this bright orange-red color, and the cotton is not stretchy, the dress has an elastic waistband for flexibility with the waist. On the model, it reaches mid-calf, however, on my 5’1″ figure, it was a long, long dress. I definitely will. Use it on date nights and hot weather outings!— Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Insights
If you are looking for a comfortable outfit, I recommend this jumpsuit. Although the legs are a little long for my 5’1″ frame, the jumpsuit fits like a dream: loose enough to layer a turtleneck underneath on colder spring days, but not as big as so I can’t wear it alone. Without my bra showing, the linen is not especially thick, but in black it remains absolutely opaque. — Sally Kaplan, editor -Head of internal reviews.
A winter sweater that’s as cozy as it is warm, the Quince cashmere turtleneck sweater (available in five cozy shades) is an ideal staple for the colder months. My body is pear-shaped, and even though I’m a larger length, the dress is still very tight around my bottom half, so I probably wouldn’t choose this former for professional wear. Still, it’s a wonderful piece to pair with a pair of calf-high heeled boots for a night out. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, Insider Reviews
Some may wear tracksuits as activewear, but for me it’s anything simple and comfortable that I can wear when I don’t want to dress up for a special occasion. Over the years I’ve tried over a dozen tracksuits from other logos and Quince is one of the most productive; Its value makes it even better. If I had to guess the MSRP of the crewneck sweatshirt and fleece sweatpants before knowing how affordable the logo is, I would have said $80 each.
The sensible top and bottom are made from a heavy 375g organic cotton fleece, making them warmer and softer than most other features at this price point. Smaller details like steel spikes on the laces and a hidden zippered smartphone pocket also complete the look. a very premium look.
I may have chosen a small length for a better fit, but I prefer the extra room of the medium length. And don’t worry about wrinkles; I wear this outfit solely for comfort. — Amir Ismael, Senior Reporter, Insider Reviews
The mid-length counterpart to the Mongolian cashmere turtleneck dress is a great option if you need a dress with more coverage. The hair fit is slightly loose in the middle, so it is best to lengthen it if you want a more elegant look. Alternatively, if you have a belt that you have been missing, you can use it to define the waist of this dress.
“The high collar is high enough to reach my chin, so it’s a great option to keep me warm while still maintaining a stylish look. It has side slits to allow my legs to move easily, and the 47” length hits me just past my knees. — Gabrielle Chase, Associate Style Editor, Inaspectr Reviews
During the pandemic, we wrote a lot about the most productive loungewear you can buy, so I tried probably 10-15 sets of loungewear while running from home. I wish I had met this set sooner, because it’s my new favorite!
The curtain is relatively thin and covered with ultra-soft fleece that feels like you’re wearing a cloud. The wide leg pants fell in the right position on my calf and I love that they are flexible enough to pair with other tops. plus matching sweatshirts. The outfit fits well and although it doesn’t have a cropped design, it works well with high-waisted pants without puffing out too much. It took two or three washes so that little pieces of lint were no longer visible inside, so I suggested washing it before using it for the first time. — Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
I searched for the best white Yetton for a long time, but of the ones I tried, many were too transparent. Because of this, I was skeptical about seeing this blouse in white, but I was inspired through its opacity, seeming like only the slightest definition of my beige bra in places. Still, it seemed subtle enough to wear in a professional setting if you intend to find where to buy women’s workwear.
I took a medium length (I sit between small and medium on top), which was a smart choice. Compatibility is loose and comfortable, but not too long. It looks wonderful tucked into a pair of high-waisted or layered jeans nicely. under Quince’s short alpaca wool sweater. Like the skirt, the washable silk blouse is available in fifteen colors. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, Insider Reviews
Lightly cropped and perfectly mid-weight, this cotton sweater is a real winner in all seasons. I love to tuck it in the middle of jeans or put it over my shoulders. The design is undeniable but it is well executed for the price and reduces the wear load in a short time thanks to its versatility. — Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief
I love short cardigans and this one at Cement Marl (one of the seven) is a great component of my wardrobe. I look for it week after week, even though it has indeed stretched a little over time and the Yetton plate has warped a bit. a little with normal use and washing. I may have done more to avoid this by placing it on a flat surface to dry, but I’m lazy, so I put it in the dryer all the time. If you take good care of it, it will last much longer before it starts to stretch. — Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief
I’m allergic to wool, so every time I find an oversized cotton sweater or cardigan, I get really excited. After trying Quince’s, I consider it to be one of the best options for the most productive women’s sweaters and I definitely intend to do so. Buy it in more colors! I love its loose, oversized fit, and its weight is important enough that I don’t worry if it stretches or shrinks. — Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
Of all the most productive cashmere sweaters we’ve tested, Quince has my favorite affordable options. This flavor is rarely necessarily as thick as you’d expect from a vintage fisherman’s sweater, but it still has enough density to keep you warm. Here I am dressed in it and one of my favorite scarves, the matching Mongolian Cashmere Scarf. I wear this sweater all winter (even in bed) because it’s so comfortable and fluffy. It fits true to length, but next time I’ll lengthen it so the sleeves can fall past my wrists. I compared Quince’s cashmere to Naadam’s after seeing the brands arguing on Instagram, and found that Naadam’s is more comfortable, more durable, and more expensive. Find out more in our review of Naadam vs. Cashmere. Quince. — Gabrielle Chase, Associate Flavor Editor, Insider Reviews
I’d love to have an exclusive variety of other knitted sweaters for the winter, but if there’s one fundamental taste I want to have in my wardrobe, it’s a black turtleneck. I can wear it formal or casual and it’s a wonderful base. With matching black jeans, a black turtleneck goes well with just about any jacket, shoe, and hat combination. Last winter, Quince’s Mongolian cashmere turtleneck sweater was my favorite.
When it comes to cashmere, I care less about the logo and more about the quality of the curtains. After all, you never see the logo, but the curtains are what’s next to your skin. Made from 100 percent Grade A Mongolian cashmere, I had no challenges wearing Quince’s cashmere sweater directly against my skin for hours.
I’ve come across some sweaters with the same price diversity, some even less expensive, but they’re notoriously irritating. At this point, they are not worth the savings. — Amir Ismael, Senior Journalist, Insider ReviewsRead more in our full review of Quince’s cashmere.
This loose, casual but subtle sweater is my go-to for Zoom calls. Its compatibility is perfectly oversized: I usually fall between a small and medium size in the most sensible size and the S/M combines well with the loose space, which makes it ideal. The most sensible thing to do is to combine it with a long-sleeved blouse or a tank top. Thanks to its longer tunic-style length, it pairs perfectly with a pair of leggings or jeans, but it can also be worn over a midi skirt for a more subtle look. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, internal reviews
This might be my absolute favorite sweater I own. I was originally drawn to the ivory edition, but then I read reviews that the white color was a little see-through, so I chose the similar soft gray edition. I love that I can wear this cardigan alone or layer it over a collared blouse or basic t-shirt. Its oversized buttons give it a great antique look, like it came straight from Grandpa’s closet, but the sleeves on its jacket modernize the look.
Although the cardigan is described as short on the website, for me it only touches the most sensitive part of my hips (and I have a longer torso), so semi-short might be a more accurate description. The most productive part: it’s great, warm, and doesn’t even itch. I’ve never worn a wool sweater without a tank top underneath because of itching, but this one made it possible. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, internal reviews
I hope Quinceañera’s Flowknit fabric is similar to some of my other favorites from Vuori or Outdoor Voices, and indeed it is. The Quince edition is still comfortable and super stretchy, but it’s much more affordable than its competitors. This heather hoodie is ideal for working out and running.
I love the thumb loops and the sleeves are longer, which is best for me since I’m 1. 70m, but I think they might be too long for shorter people. My only wish is that Quince will offer it in more colors to fit more of their ultra-soft Performance leggings, because the two make a very cute set: Talia Ergas, freelance editor, Insider Reviews.
A silk skirt is a very flexible wardrobe staple. It pairs well with shoes and a loose-fitting t-shirt or sweater for a casual outfit or can be worn with heels and a matching silk camisole for an elegant evening look. I’m so excited to see her. The Quince version, which comes in an impressive diversity of nine colors.
This skirt, which comes just below the knees, did not disappoint. Lately I’ve been between a medium and a giant at the bottom, and sizing up to a giant ended up being the right decision. The elastic waistband reaches all the way to my hips and the skirt is very flowy, so it doesn’t show panty lines. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, Insider Reviews
The Ponte de Quince collection includes this loose, loose pair that is now a staple in my plaid wardrobe. These stretch check pants look like sweatpants, but they have the subtle look of pants. They slip on effortlessly with a concealed zipper and hip clasp, and the super-top waist is comfortable enough to sit on all day.
I’m five feet nine inches tall, so I’m pleased to hear that they have a 32-inch inseam that falls above my ankles. The curtains are thin, so in winter I wear leggings underneath to keep warm. They’re not completely wrinkled. sturdy, but I’d still recommend them to anyone looking for a forged black plaid pant that they can relax in. —Gabrielle Chase, Associate Style Editor, Insider Reviews
These pants were the organization’s biggest mistake for me, and it had more to do with color than execution. The pants themselves are super lightweight and ideal for layering over a suit for a day at the pool, but the white color (which looked more beige on site) is stark and see-through. The elastic waistband at least gives you some flexibility in terms of size and makes the pants very comfortable. —Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
These moisture-wicking leggings are made from about seven recycled water bottles each, which you wouldn’t expect given their softness and stretch. The pants, available in 11 colors, have a 25-inch inseam and a very high waist. I used them on my motorcycle and they stayed in place during my training. They are the best complement to the hoodie above. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, insider reviews
Leather blouse jackets are a staple of your wardrobe that will accompany you in each and every season, and this one from Quince is a really affordable option, although there are obvious reasons for it. Although it is made of genuine leather, most of the inner panels of the blouse are not lined. This means that the underside of the leather is exposed, which lets me know how thin it is. It doesn’t affect the appearance of the blouse though, so I still think it’s a smart price for anyone who doesn’t like faux leather but also doesn’t have to pay more than three hundred dollars for a piece like this.
As for the size, the sleeves are a bit long, but the structure of the jacket adapts to the size. You can get it in this mushroom beige as well as in the dark, and it looks very undeniable when paired with a t-shirt and jeans or baggy pants. — Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
I wear this blouse jacket more than any other sweater in fall and winter. The curtains are very wide and make it look like they cost a lot more than they are. It can be worn buttoned, unbuttoned, or, my favorite, with a belt, a slip skirt, and knee-high boots or flowy pants. Definitely, from length down: it’s very long, so even if you choose a smaller length than you usually buy, you’ll still have room. — Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief
I’ve enjoyed the look of suede bomber jackets, but as the owner of so many other jackets, it’s been hard to justify spending a significant amount of money on a model I didn’t necessarily want and would only wear once on a clear day. . .
Even if your reasoning isn’t the same as mine, the fact is that a quality suede jacket can cost you $700 or more. I won the Suede Bomber as part of this Quince review, but I would definitely pay the $150 price tag for it, and maybe buy another one in another color (like black or brown). It’s made from 100 percent premium goat suede leather and looks like it could sell for at least 3 or 4 times the asking price. After taking a look at it, it temporarily earned a spot on our best bomber jackets for men reviewer.
The jacket is tailored to the correct length, but don’t be afraid to lengthen it for a looser fit. Models are 6’0″ and 6′ 1″ and wearing a size medium; I’m 5’5″ and the medium fits me well too. — Amir Ismael, Senior Reporter at Insider Reviews
I’m a big fan of Quince’s MicroModal underwear. I helped review underwear for our Most Productive Women’s Underwear Advisor and I really thought Tommy John would be the only position I would buy underwear in for the rest of my life, until I tried Quince. Underwear. The quality is rarely this durable, but for the price, I’m personally okay with that.
At first, I enjoyed the Second Skin Ventilated Drapes because they are super lightweight and incredibly stretchy, similar to Tommy John’s Air Mesh underwear. I’ve tried the thongs and briefs, as well as the scoop neck bralette and the wrap bralette, all with Second Skin drapes, but after testing for several months and seeing how they wear over several (many) washes, the threads come loose over time. waist length). , I would recommend sticking with MicroModal underwear.
MicroModal underwear is incredibly comfortable and thicker, like super stretchy cotton, so I prefer to wear those pairs with jeans. They are breathable with a comfortable elastic waistband that does not sag at all. — Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
I tested a multitude of swimsuits to find the best bikinis for small breasts, and the Quince halter is my favorite of the bunch. It’s one of the few that didn’t leave me with any awkward gaps and the movable triangles allow you to customize. its spacing. I also liked the fact that the removable ear pads aren’t bulky or distorted, and that the gold accents are a great touch. However, if you need something less daring to better handle high-impact activities, I recommend the Instead, the more practical V-neck bikini and the high-waisted bikini bottom. — Gabrielle Chase, Associate Style Editor , Insider Reviews
Some sports bras are meant for working out, while others are just for resting. This is definitely the last one. The comfortable curtains feel wonderfully in contact with the skin and the compression is low to medium, so it’s comfortable to wear in the space while running from home or lounging on the couch. You can probably get away with dressing in this low-intensity yoga class, especially if you have a small chest, but I wear a 36DD bra, so I want a lot more help and compression for working out. I opted for the XL length and it adapts well to my cups, although as I have a short torso the straps are a bit long. Either way, it’s become my go-to for the days I spend at home. —Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
This suitcase was easy to carry and I appreciated how stylish it was when riding the subway. I just found that the front pocket is pretty useless, so it’s not worth the $30 more than Quince’s pocketless hard carry-on. , is counterfeit carry-on baggage. This unyielding taste is light, but not flimsy. I love that the interior has a detachable mesh pocket and a zippered pocket that folds out and can be stowed away without issues when not in use. It is more productive to pack about 4 days of clothes.
It comes with its own magic eraser for erasing scratches, but honestly, I don’t think it’s worth it, only to have it scratched the next time you use it. If you’re worried about scratches, it’s best to get a protective bag or opt for a softshell suitcase. — Gabrielle Chase, Associate Style Editor, Insider Reviews
The affordable Quince fanny pack is made from one hundred percent recycled nylon that is water-resistant, durable, and lightweight. It was Quince’s dupe for the Lululemon Everywhere fanny pack, with a roomy main compartment and smaller mesh interior pockets, plus a key strap. It’s a bit bulky for jogging, but it’s just the ideal length for trips and gigs. If you’re going to buy gifts, you can put lip balms, an exclusive keychain, and other mini accessories in this fanny pack as your own little gift basket. — Gabrielle Chase, Associate Flavor Editor, Insider Reviews
The quilted leather camera shoulder bag is essential and easy to use whether formal or casual. Measuring 6 x 8. 5 x 3 inches, it’s roomier than it looks and I can easily fit my giant wallet, sunglasses, phone, keys, and even a purse-shaped water bottle. In terms of looks, it’s comparable to Saint Laurent’s ultra-popular Lou quilted camera bag, but of course, it’s a very small fraction of the price. For being 100% top quality Italian leather, the price can’t be beat. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, Insider Reviews
With a shape reminiscent of a Birkin, it’s clear that this Quince bag is timeless. Its structured structure and clever internal organization make it our top choice for a day and night bag among the best plaid bags for women, but it’s also an adorable bag for any occasion. I like that it has a top stand and a shoulder strap/shoulder strap to make it easier to carry when I load it with my laptop and charger. I don’t hate the cognac color of the bag I received, but I think it would look even better in black. I like to wear mine with a silk shawl wrapped around the straps for a sublime touch. —Sally Kaplan, Editor-in-Chief, Insider Reviews
Everlane’s Day Glove Flats currently take the top spot in our Most Productive Flats consultant and are a long-time favorite of editor-in-chief Sally Kaplan. In our review of the Everlane Day Glove Flats, she says, “There isn’t a bigger flat on this earth. ” However, the Quince Italian Leather Glove ballet flats can be a substitute. Along with several other Quince dupes, those Day Glove lookalikes sold out almost as soon as they became available. Upon first inspection, they are virtually indistinguishable from Everlane’s. They even have the same tongues and perforations around the inner arches to help ventilate the shoe, which is a smart thing, because leather can and will sweat on the inside. The leather gives a little, but if you have very wide feet I would avoid them. It’s also worth noting that Quince doesn’t offer these in narrow or partial lengths like Everlane does. I wear a length 8 and the ones that are almost true to length have a fit that is a little tight, especially around the most sensitive seam. I found that the Quince’s Glove flats had no break-in time either: as soon as I put them on, I felt like I was wearing comfy leather slippers. I like the traction of their rubber soles compared to other flats I’ve tried, and their Ortholite insoles provide cushioning under the arches. The curtains are 100 percent Italian cowhide and made in Shenzhen, China, while Everlane says its Day Glove is made in Santa Maria a Monte, Italy. The main difference Quince makes on their site is that their edition is less than a fraction of the value of Everlane’s, so if you’re looking for an affordable option for a cult favorite, that’s the right pair. I’ll be curious to see if they last up to two years, like Sally’s day gloves did. — Gabrielle Chase, Associate Flavor Editor, Insider Reviews
For years, I kept the same hard rubber rain boots intact in my closet. Even on a rainy day, I would hesitate to take them out for fear of walking on those dirty bricks. Now that I’ve come across Quince’s super comfortable rain boots, I’m tempted to throw them on as soon as I see a drizzle.
The rubber outsole provides additional grip and durability, while the interior is covered with cushioning for maximum comfort. Waterproof Chelsea boots feature stretch side panels that hug (but don’t squeeze) your ankles to prevent stray drops from getting lost. Comfortable tabs help you get going, available in olive, black and stone colors. I went a size smaller because they are a little big. — Talia Ergas, freelance writer, Inaspectr Reviews
The Quince Bamboo Sheet Set earned the top spot in our tested advisor for the most productive bamboo sheets. We liked that it was super comfortable and durable, and of course, its cash price is hard to beat. “You can purchase a sheet set (which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and two pillowcases) or a fitted sheet set (which comes with a fitted sheet and two pillowcases (not a flat sheet). Choose only the fitted sheet It will save you over $30, so it’s worth it if you prefer not to use a flat sheet at night. We didn’t find many downsides to these sheets, but if we had to list one problem it would be that those sheets produce a lot of lint when drying. While we found them to be durable, they are thinner, so it’s vital to follow proper care instructions throughout their lifespan – Kayla Kitts, Insider Reviews freelance writer.
“This leather jewelry box offers maximum productive storage for rings, with a six-channel segment to keep gemstones safe and easily accessible. The exterior is made of genuine leather and comes with 3 inner trays covered with an anti-tarnish microsuede coating. You can replace the arrangement of the trays to keep the maximum number of used parts on top, but keep in mind that you will need to remove all the trays to access the parts on the back. Quince comes in black or nude and has a snap closure. keep the lid securely closed when not in use: Camryn Rabideau, freelance editor, Insider Reviews.
Ever since I put this blanket on our couch, my spouse and I have been arguing over who gets to use it. We all like to sit in the corners of the couch, so it’s not possible for either of us at the same time, but if we’re snuggled up together, the long length helps keep us completely covered and comfortable. cheat on the more expensive Pottery Barn versions, which charge about double the amount. The curtains are incredibly comfortable, silky and well weighted. I will definitely be purchasing these as gifts during the holidays this year! —Sally Kaplan, Editor in Chief, Insider Reviews
The Quince Linen Sheet Set is available in over 20 colors and costs under $200, making it our most affordable pick among the most productive linen sheets.
“Made from 100 percent European linen, those sheets have a comfortable feel that falls squarely between Brooklinen’s washed linen sheets and Sijo’s LuxeWeave linen sheets. The curtains were quite sumptuous and cozy, just a little warm. So If you sleep on the warmer side of the bed, you may have to let go of the thicker sheets.
Quince also passed the test for two major friction points: pilling and bed construction. The fitted sheet comes with the most sensitive labels and on the back, and any of the layers have been washed without pilling. For those who like the monochromatic style, Quince also offers duvet covers in the same colors as the sheets. “—Shannon Ullman, Freelance Writer, Insider Reviews
The logo still has some tweaks to adjust the size. Most Quince clothing only ranges from XS to XL for women and S to XL for men. Some of her pants offer other inseam lengths, they are not compatible. Curves as well as we expected. They’ve recently moved forward with their new extended sizing collection for women, but we’d like to see them go larger in men’s styles as well. It is also unfair that they rate more for large sizes.
In the era of fast fashion, clothing brands are rightly under scrutiny for their sustainability efforts. We have found that Quince’s clothing is of the highest quality, so you can expect years of wear from each of their pieces (except for some of their blades), however, they still receive complaints about the power of their source chain in his set. Ultimately, you should consider your own sustainability criteria before deciding whether purchasing quince is worth the potential environmental impact.
In general, our Fifteen comment that this is an economical position to buy the best basics made with premium fabrics such as cashmere, silk and organic cotton. And thanks to their generous 365-day return policy, there’s little risk in trying it. Unfortunately, we discovered that their range did not have inclusive offerings of sufficient scope and that their sustainability practices may not be up to everyone’s standards. However, the eternal models are made well enough that we can use them for years.
