The man who allegedly shot and killed a 17-year-old in a Lynn Market Basket parking lot in June was arrested Tuesday, the government said.
Adrian Peña, 18, is in the custody of the U. S. Marshals Service in the Dominican Republic, Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker said in a statement.
Peña will be prosecuted as a fugitive in Miami and then prosecuted for murder after being extradited to Massachusetts, Tucker said.
