The owner of the video, Joe Tomko of Iron Clad USA, told Fox News Digital that he and his circle of family and friends were selling new products in an area of the rally called “vendor row,” which he described as “a paved lane that runs parallel to the local airport runway.

“This is where we spent the day selling our hats and talking to wonderful people, while most of the attendees parked their cars in a giant grass field, got out of their cars and walked through the row of vendors until they reached the security entrance,” Tomko Array said.
By 4:15 p. m. , most people were inside the perimeter of the demonstration, Tomko said, and for about 15 minutes, he, his family and friends “began documenting the colorful scene of the vendors arguing with a video, while The flags fluttering in the wind seemed very patriotic.
They took 3 videos and planned to upload one to Iron Clad USA’s social media pages. It wasn’t until a week after Tomko and his friends and family were in their photos that they learned they had captured the shooter.

“I felt shock, disbelief and sadness when I found out I had such a video on my phone,” Tomko said. “I personally contacted police to share the video in the hope it could help identify a timeline of events. ” of that day, and then we were interrogated through them. After Crooks opened fire around 6:11 p. m. , Tomko’s sister called him at 6:14 p. m.

Tomko saw other people fleeing the demonstration site and called his son-in-law, who was within the perimeter of the demonstration, at 6:16 p. m. to make sure he was okay.

“After what seemed like an eternity, I received a text from him at 6:21 p. m. m. , informing me that he was physically fine,” Tomko said. “I was then informed that my son-in-law was in the same segment of the stands as Mr. Corey Comperatore and his family, and unfortunately I witnessed the surely devastating shooting. Our family was horrified to learn that this happened. ” very close to where it happened. “
He expressed his condolences to Comperatore’s family and the families of other victims affected by the assassination attempt.

An initial report released last week through Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La. , found that the 8 bullet casings had been recovered and were property of the FBI. Higgins believes that this shot broke the shock absorber tube of Crooks’ rifle and that the rifle would not have fired after its eighth shot.
The report also states that the FBI released Crooks’ frame for cremation just 10 days after his death. Higgins said he realized this after trying to see the frame.
An FBI spokesperson told Fox News Digital that Crooks’ body was returned to his family after coordination with the coroner’s office and state and local authorities “in accordance with general procedures. “
