From Mar-A-Palm Beach Lago to Seven Springs to Bedford, New York, here are all the president’s houses.
During the first presidential term of Donald Trump, NBC News led a non -scales charge of the number of days Potus had spent outside the white house doors and one of his own houses (including golf courses). Spoiler: It’s a lot.
While only time will tell us if the president will walk more at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave at the time, he is probably sure that he will not renounce common pensions in his beloved Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, or even his others prolonged and names of golden domain that spray the east coast. Of course, Camp David has the seriousness of the presidential history, but does it have gold wells?
As Trump has returned once he was sworn in as the 47th president of the United States, we take the accounting of his genuine non-public real estate portfolio.
Trump’s in New York City is a 66-story, three-story golden penthouse above Trump Tower, his skyscraper at 725 Fifth Avenue. Styled after the Palace of Versailles, with Rococo décor and an abundant amount of gold, the attic served as Mogul-Be-Potus’ number one until 2019, when he designated Mar-a-lago as his specialty (probably for double advantages. of higher taxes and a friendlier crowd).
Trump once made a stop in Forbes of the Penthouse and told the publication that it was the “best built apartment” and boasted its length of 33,000 square feet and its estimated price at least two hundred million dollars. The apartment has 10,996 square feet and has a price of $ 54 million.
The main Trump apartment in 2019, Mar-A-Lago is the position in which the president spent most of his time away from the White House, his first mandate, so much that he has known as the call of “Winter White house. ” In 2014, Trump proclaimed that the mansion of Room 128, which was built through the heiress of Marjorie Merriweather Post cereals in 1927, is “the great domain of Palm Beach”.
Interestingly, Post had sought out Mar-a-Lago to become public property. She donated it to the U. S. government upon her death, but in 1980, it was sent back to Postcard Women due to annual maintenance fees of one million dollars. Trump bought the $5 million property in 198five and remodeled it into a personal club ten years later, adding a 20,000-square-foot ball with $7 million in gold leaf and spending $100,000 for 4 gold placid sinks.
During the first Trump administration, Hobnobbing’s privilege with Potus as a member reportedly referred to a $200,000 initiation fee. As of summer 2024, that figure is more than $1 million, and that’s adding annual fees.
In 2017, the responsibility government tried, since it should calculate how much common visits to President Mar-a-Lago were charging taxpayers, but failed to obtain the complete image because the White House refused to provide more information. They concluded, however, they concluded, however, they concluded that 4 trips that the president made to Mar-a-lago for a month in 2017 charges at least $ 13. 6 million.
It could be said that the favorite retirement of the president’s moment after Mar-A-Lago, Trump National was called “White Summer House” his first period as Potus. While Bedminster’s main house, New Jersey, Assets is a personal club open to members (for members (for a declared initiation payment of $ 350,000), Trump’s circle of relatives possesses cabins in assets. Vanka Trump And Jared Kushner married there in 2009, and gained an attempt to expand their 2,200 square feet cabin in 2015.
Trump loves the area so much he once wanted to be buried there. (He has since allegedly switched his intended resting place to Florida.)
In 2018, he revealed that Trump’s staff received the discounts of the members (up to 70%) to the club’s professional store, declared the concept of Ivanka, alarming citizens of duty and ethics, a government guard to D. C.
As one of Trump’s more under-the-radar residences, Seven Springs has 60 rooms—15 of which are bedrooms—in addition to a bowling alley and three pools. He reportedly paid $7.5 million for the property in 1996 and planned to turn it into a golf course but it has remained a private house to this day (probably because of vehement opposition to the plan from local residents). Today the property is worth $24 million, according to Forbes.
Bedford is about 45 miles north of New York City, and the Trump family seems to use the 50,000-square-foot house, which was built in 1919 by former Federal Reserve Chairman and Washington Post publisher Eugene Meyer—he was the father of Katharine Graham, who was married there in 1940—as a weekend and summer getaway. Trump reportedly, and perhaps unwittingly, allowed the late Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi to stay in a tent there during the United Nations General Assembly meeting in 2009 when no hotels would allow Gaddafi as a guest.
In 2021, Seven Springs was the subject of two criminal investigations by the state into whether Trump had purposely inflated the property’s value, claiming it was worth a staggering $291 million, in order to reap tax benefits.
Trump Winery has a long history. To summarize, Trump paid the “$8. 5 million fee price in a deal that could ultimately be worth $170 million,” giving him 1,100 acres of Virginia, including the vineyards and winemaking operation” that had meticulously farmed Kluge (who was missing (who was missing on his loans, after which the assets were seized through Bank of America). He installed his oldest son, Eric, as president of Trump’s nascent winery.
Today, the 23,000-square-foot, 45-room main building, known as Ablemarle House, is part of the Trump Hotels brand (a recent search showed rates starting at $299 per night). And while Trump has said that he owns “one of the largest wineries in the United States,” the winery’s website itself states that it “is a registered trade name of Eric Trump Wine Manufacturing LLC, which is not owned, managed or affiliated with Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization or any of their affiliates” (more on that here).

President Trump put this Caribbean complex locked in the market in the spring of 2017 with a registration value of $ 28 million, which temporarily decreased to $ 16. 9 million. He bought the Château Des Palmiers in 2013 and basically used rental assets, and remains today, according to its website. The mastery of five acres has two villas for a total of 10 rooms, as well as pool shots, a gym, a tennis court, an outdoor bar and a real real estate administrator.
Rentals (villas can be rented in combination or separately) start at $ 35,000 according to the week of the low season, and increases to $ 140,000 for the week in the high season in December.
The 2,500-square-foot space, which the president’s father built in 1940, was, for a short time, having to be hired for $725 according to the night on Airbnb.
