The Armenian approved on Thursday the bill to publish the country’s adhesion procedure to the European Union, a resolution that will serve as a blow to its neighbor, Russia.
Newsweek contacted the Kremlin to comment by email.
Armenia with Russia has deteriorated since President Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine in February 2022. The country has tried to distance himself from Moscow, while deepening with Europe.
